#2 The Guilt Trip. Tips from the C-Suite to manage the mom-guilt
Parenthood and guilt go together, but for working moms, there is another layer of guilt that can hit us in the gut and bring us down. There is the guilt of travel, of not being present at work or with family, and even guilt about feeling so much guilt. In this talk, Kimberly Kupiecki will share her own experiences with mom guilt and strategies and ideas from the C-suite to keep it in check as you pursue your career and grow your family. By developing a healthy perspective and incorporating some simple strategies, you can free yourself of some (maybe not all) of that mom-guilt.

As a working professional in sustainability for more than two decades, Kimberly has been part of the evolution of clean energy, water, and now biotechnology and ecology to drive climate change impacts. In this talk, Kimberly will share her perspective on sustainability trends past and future, and concrete examples of how technology and nature can come together to improve the health of our environment while reducing dangerous greenhouse gasses with the aim of avoiding the worst effects of climate change.
